This document is the fifth and final submission of groundwater and wastewater monitoring data for perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) from 3M's manufacturing sites in Cottage Grove, MN, and Decatur, AL, as required by the Letters of Intent issued in 2003, following the company's production phase-out of PFOA completed at the end of 2002.
